Default King's Crown and Oak Leaves Buttons - ID required

I recently purchased a WW2 Civil Defence greatcoat and three of the buttons were these bronze-looking crowns with (I think) oak leaves. Not been able to track any info as yet on them, but would like to know what they represent. All made by Firmin. Not much use to me so if anyone wants to buy them let me know.
