Default 8th Recce Reunion

I've just been watching the bidding on an 8thRecce reunion badge on ebay..2 buyers with low feedback numbers were duking it out and it went for $565... makes you wonder. There is an original up in 20 hours and it's at $560.

Sheesh, Mr. Vernon Collectibles must be laughing all the way to the bank. I thought it was bad enough when a couple of guys bid the fake up to $235 a few days back -- and one of the same duelists was in that stupidity frenzy too.

If you would be so kind, please link the authentic 8th Recce listing you mentioned. I can't find one listed and my unsatisfied morbid curiosity is killing me

Thats the listing, not sure how you make it come up in blue so you can just click on it. Im sure this one will go much higher at the end. Reunion badge sold for $98 last week I thought was crazy but this one is ridiculous. Cheers Brian

Looked pretty blue & clickable to me. Thanks for the link, Brian; I had totally missed that one in my searches. I'll cheer for 'private listing' -- I hope he outbids the crap out of 'private listing' and keeps him from walking away with a bargain, and that 'private listing' doesn't sneak up the backstretch and snipe 'private listing' at the last few seconds!

If I thought I could sell even a couple for that price I would order a few hundred from Scully. Cheers Brian

The problem with private listings is that you can't go and see if there is any shill-bidding going on.
I got caught last year and, when I checked my 'competitor' I noted that ALL of his previous bids were in auctions run by the same vendor and he had only won 2 of the 30 listed. Dead give-away.
