Default WW1 Canadian tanks

I have been noticing this strange WW1 tank collar with a slider on ebay a lot, this is about the fourth in the about six months. I compared it to another real collar and it seems to me someone is making these from a die r something.

The other collar the seller had is for the tank corps looks a little off as well, look at the lettering.

Nice cap badge though, good price

Hello Mike, Some discussion about these "slidered" collars at this thread http://www.britishbadgeforum.com/for...=canadian+tank.
Consensus is that they are bogus. Not a CEF period badge.
