Default Help !

Some years ago I bought from eBay the shield in the photo, it's made from metal and has a chain to the rear for hanging on the wall. This one shows a brigade badge of the Greek Army in Ww2 and is stencilled on the rear 'Royal Greek Army"

Over the years I have seen a few of these but with British and Indian formation signs on.

My Question is does any forum member know where these came from? There is a whole series of them. Many years ago I saw an old photo which I vaguely remember showing a library or reading room at a military college, but I can't remember which........ Sandhurst rings a bell.

Along with any information I would dearly love to see the picture (was it in a book?) again.

Arrrrhhhh should have kept a note.
Cheers
Sean
