Default More of what people do !

Following on from my thread about the WVR badge converted into a walking stick badge, it would have been too expensive in the light of the final value to get the badge professionally repaired and new blades fitted but I decided to fill in the holes and try to get something approaching the original bronze finish back.

I am not too happy with the filled in holes but rather pleased with the bronze finish obtained by using a £2.75 pot of acrylic modellers paint and a small paint brush but perhaps I am easily satisfied.
