I wonder if the instructor is UK or maybe Commonwealth.

Patch appears to be based on the National Army Logo which was used on training books.

I'm lost for words, fabulous items and great research.
So we can say that the patch was worn by BMATT Training Centre Staff at Inkomo Garrison.
Great that we now even know who designed the badge.
