Both Manchester’s and Brecknockshire are fakes.

The Sussex is from the FN die which has been restruck. I’d need the slider cleaned up and better pics to say for sure.

The rest look fine.

The Wilts however appears to have a collectors DIY paint job to turn it into a TF badge.

Thanks. Here are some better pics with cleaned up slider. If pics still not good enough please let me know and I will do better.

The taper looks a bit harsh for an original FN. I believe it’s a restrike from the same cohort as the ENGLAND marked sliders, one shown here...

The taper looks indeed a bit harsh however this is mainly darkened spots and seems to be the result of whatever residue was on there before I carefully scratched it off with a nail. The reverse of the slider is unblemished.

I agree the R. Sussex is suspex, or suspect. Not a big deal as these are very common badges and easily replaced with a good one.

Brecknockshire is a repro as it has a 15mm Guant maker mark on the slider. I agree the Manchesters and Sussex are wrong.

Bad:

Brecknockshire (Luke, Phil
Sussex (Luke, Phil, CB, Simon)
Manchester (Luke, Phil, Simon)
Manchester 7 Bat (Luke, Phil, Simon)

Good:
All others (Luke and Simon) although paint job on Wilt questionable.

Thanks!

Unless someone disputes the above result I guess this thread is finished - all badges classified as either good or bad. Thank you everyone for your opinions much appreciated!
