Looks like a Lancashire Constabulary collar badge, the same as the last photo you showed on here.
Did they come together? regards

Simon, this CDV didn't come with the last one. Photographer has branches in Manchester, Preston and Blackpool. Could be Lancashire. Collar badge looks like a stemmed rose.

The WBC is a Lancs Constabulary one also.
It has the badge I have shown in its centre, with two outward facing dogs holding a feather on either side. Victorian I would say. regards.

Looking at the buckle and buttons they do have what looks to be three lions on them. Quite likely Victorian Lancashire
