Help with Special Forces Insignia
Gentlemen, I would very much appreciate your views on the authenticity of these four sets of insignia.

Please excuse me - but if the photography reflects the badges then I for one would have doubts about them - particularly if all from the same source.
Is there a trace of lettering to reverse of the printed No.10 COMMANDO? - if so there may be hope ... There needs to be shadowing or 'bleed through' of letters - it may be the images of this are just too bright. The embroidered FF COMMANDO is a no no for me. It is known in printed - but was never issued. Beach Ordnance has spaghetti looking stitching to reverse. Beach Group peculiar colours - I almost wondered if it was WW1 Royal Naval Division - but can not recall in this format. |

Hi Mike.
Many thanks for your input To be honest I'm inclined to agree with you on all counts. The 10 Commando certainly does have bleed through which is encouraging but the rest are somewhat doubtful. Your support is very much appreciated. Very best regards, Simon |

Hi guys,
To me they are all paki copies. The doubt was on the no10 commando printed but I double checked with all my original photos exemples, they are not original. Mike check the A, D, and O you will see what I mean. Spacing, inside space, and also letters seems a bit bold typo. It's all in the small details specially the A make a clear conclusion to me. Letters seem to bleed in pink on your photos as well. It is scary they manage to do copies like that now. Other details I cannot see there from original. Best |

Hello Elwe - I have doubts too, but wondered if it was just the photo
If fake, and the reverse has shadowing / bleed through - it is a dangerous development. My first reaction was 'no good' until I saw what I thought was shadowing (feint in reverse image top of the two titles.) Better images requested please lanners55 so we can see more clearly what we are dealing with ... All the best Mike |

Thank you gentlemen.
The bleed through is very clear on a pale background. |

Many thanks again for all your input.
Looking at the last reply I realized how poor my pictures were. Hopefully these give a better idea of the colour |
