RAF Pipe Majors badge?

Hi folks

Tried this post on formation/proficiency badges thread but got no answers or comments so let's try on the RAF one.

Still sorting through my proficiency badges, not sure whether to include this one, is it RAF? Could it be AAC? Do they have a Pipe Major? Backing colour is very similar to AAC No1 Dress stripes.
