Default Anodised Royal Signals Badges

Hi All,

I've acquired Royal Signals badges that I'd like a second opinion on if possible:

The first is came with packaging. The two things that make me second-guess this one is that in all the examples I've seen online (and in the second badge pictured), the caduceus and Mercury's helm are joined together, while this one has a gap. The second thing is rather pedantic, but the packaging is re-sealable (so could easily not be original) and usually NSN's are hyphenated, right?

The second example is incomplete, but the thing that interested me was the back, with what looks like a loop and a pin for butterfly clutch in a vertical arrangement. I've not encountered a layout like that before.

Both are absolutely fine , the second one is a collar badge (designed for wear on the new pattern number two dress uniform )

Brilliant, thanks Paul! I do like the look of them too, but those little things I mentioned just gave me a few doubts

The collars are worn without crowns. The little pin is there to keep the bottom of the collar in place .
Regards the cap badge. Its a later version, the back plate is the skinny one. Older versions have a fatter back plate. The packaging is from TKS/London Badge ,they always print their NSNs like that.
