Default Australian Unofficial Badges - Boer War

Donny's picture got me thinking we should have any area to post pictures and discuss unofficial Australian Boer War badges and shoulder titles.

Hi, I fancy these unofficial badges from the Boer War. I have a few South African badges like these. I never realised that there were so many Australian one's too. I have only seen the QIB before. Nice Going. Andrew

hi mick
nice collection, must have taken you sometime to put together and a bit of $$.
the sheet metal and cast items are easily copied and there has been debate if some of these badges were ever worn or produced for the collector in the early 1970s. one reason i have avoided them
i cant work out what the HAS & DAS titles are. can you please enlighten us/me.
