Default Canadian Corps arm insignia

Reviewing some documents from LAC, I came across an interesting memo from 1 Cdn Div HQ, dated September 1916. It lists the division patche scheme (which were just being taken into wear) and additionally, lists three types of insignia worn on the arm. First, an arrow oriented with the point upwards was to be worn by scouts. The arrow was to be approx 4 1/2 inches high. Two armbands were also mentioned. Runners wore a red armband 2 inches wide, on the left arm 1 inch below the division sign. A second armband for Bombers, as above but in green fabric.

Another Canadian Corps memo re armbands, this one from 1918. IF one was to have an image of these in wear, they would have to determine the date of the image and the gray tone to decipher the role of the wearer.

The memo asks for requirements, which means "how many do you need." That suggests to me they haven't been taken into wear yet. Is there subsequent documentation that indicates they were ever delivered, or that they actually came into use?

Yes there was a submission. Note the numbers in pencil at the end of each type giving the quantity.
