Yes they are. There was quite the discussion about this photo (and others) of Canadian soldiers wearing captured German clothing on another forum. It identified these two officers, Captains Mooney and Stewart, as being with the 2nd FOU (RA). The smocks were said to be water pattern fall reversible to white winter. I'll leave that to the smock experts to determine.
