Has anyone got any bright ideas about this?

The badge on the right is considerably bigger than most Omani badges. It's made (uniquely?) in very soft reddish bronzed coppery metal and somehow juat doesn't seem like a British made badge. The back is quite smooth. It has the look and feel of some age to it.

The design is obviously Omani but not like modern badges. It has some design similarities to the older badge shown but it not identical.

Any ideas? I don't think it's Royal Guard but I've no positive thoughts at present.

Eddie, Dont recognise this, but I will check some old photocopies that Tom Wylie sent me a few years ago and perhaps it will be there.
