Thankyou Peter for your help.
Didnt have a clue on the Pay Corps item.
The 5DG is particularly nice, looks like a 2 piecer.
All available for exchange for British SAS insignia or will be listing on the forum with best offers.
If you need further pics of the rear etc, feel free to PM me.
Regards
Jon

Isn't that form of Lancashire Fusiliers title only the bottom half of a two-piece Territorial title? Was it ever worn on its own?

That's a good question. Similar examples exist for the NF, RF, RWF, etc, sometimes the grenades are attached and sometimes seperate (or usually missing all together!), so maybe they did have upper T sections worn as a two part title. I would argue against the RF though as their T1-4's were London Regiments which would mean a three piece. I have seen seperate City Of London sections though so it's a possibility although not shown in Westlake.

Thanks, Peter and Keith. Interesting to see that it was worn that way. Any idea when and by which battalions, or just as a general WW1 alternative title?
