Default Good or Bad???

Hi can I ask your thoughts on these please, Airborne Title, FAKE in my opinion as is the Royal Canadian Officers Wings, Spaghetti rear! Just for clarity before I discard I have this right?

The rest can go back :-
W.L.A. Armband the angle you see it at on Ebay looks good but (been there bought that! Dross) the badge though swung it for me, now in the hand I think both are duff? Can this be confirmed by someone please! if the badge is good ( did not know these are faked or not? hence my purchase! ) or if Armband is good let me know but think it is wrong?

Camerons? The hand!
To rear one fitting good the other has a slight footing? So undecided, is the hand a "Tell" for a bad badge with the Camerons within badge, but badge without the Camerons the hand would be fine?

Many thanks in advance Billy

Billy,

the armband is very fake, one of a huge series of WW2 British & German armbands that can be seen in most militaria sections of provincial auction houses.

Not an expert on NZ badges but it looks OK. Nothing to do with the armband though.

regards

From the photographs, I would think the Airborne strip is a crude copy of more recent manufacture.

Hi

NZ badge is quite OK from what I can see. These are fairly common and I was told that you could buy unissued originals at the Army Museum (Waiouru) for something like 50 cents(25p?)

Possibly a long way to go for a genuine badge but who knows.....
