Default 'sealed pattern' RWAFF button

Hi Gents,

I don't normally go for items like this but this one peeked my interest and looked okay - besides it was just a few bob, so worth taking a chance on, assuming it is genuine?

It's a small horn RWAFF button. A 'sealed pattern' with two cloth documents and wax seal. It looks good to me but what do I know.

Assuming it is totally correct and okay (thoughts?), I thought it was an interesting piece of history.

Cheerio,

Roy

Hello Roy

A lovely example of a 'Sealed Pattern' button - a very nice piece of history.

Good Morning Gents,

Thank you all so very much for your comments and confirmation.

I have always shied away from such documented/sealed purchases but this was just had a good look to it, so I'm pleased my gut instinct working out this time.

Not the normal think I collect but it is great fun to have a piece of history like this and read period details.

Cheers,

Roy
