Default Royal Norfolk Regiment Theatre made badge

In all my years collecting Norfolk (on and off) I've never had the chance until recently to pick up a theatre made 2nd WW Cap badge. I'd welcome any comments.

Always wondered about them - IMW.

Imperial Metal Works?

Indian Manufacturing Works?

no idea, just guessing.

Apparently Aligarh was a center for the manufacture of military badges etc. There are several known makers from that city.

Thumbs up thanks

https://www.indiamart.com/bellforgings/profile.html possibly it was Imperial Metal Works? Who knows, we will possibly never know for sure I'm happy to accept that they were made in India somewhere. Thanks for the comments, I'm pleased to have finally got one anyway and £20 on Ebay seemed ok given the rarity.
