Default CEF Book Project- 249th Inf Bn

Looking for images for the following:

OR Hat Badge, Void Design, Pickled Brass, Solid Design, Pickled Brass

Offr Hat Badge, Pickled Brass Silver Overlay Void Design and Silver Hat Badge

OR Collar, Solid Design Pickled Brass

Offr Collar, Pickled Brass Silver Overlay

Shoulders "249"

This badge design was not approved. The change from "Heads Up' to "Saskatchewan" was approved. Has anyone seen or heard of the approved design being produced??

Hi Bill and Larry,

Sorry totally forgot about this one but just now pulled the camera out for some photos (see attached).

And will send you a high res image Larry in due course.

The badge appears to have been worn and polished. The back is a little more tarnished that the photo shows (a trick of the light). And the high areas of the front are a little more polished than the rest, which leads me to thinking it was worn and polished. Nevertheless a lovely badge.

Can't see any makers name but 'sterling' is stamped vertically in the center.
