Hello
Has anyone got an example of the 5th battalion Devonshire Regiment white metal cap badge to show me please? Also, did the officers have a silver/silver plate of this badge please? Thank you for your time Chris |

Cheers Paul,
I assume the badge with the broach fitting is 5th Territorial BN? KK says 5th wore an all wm badge. The reason for me asking is, I recently saw a friend of my Uncles collection of Devon's badges, infantry yeomanry etc, annoyingly we didn't have a lot of time there, the last badges he showed, he said came from a family member who wore them, there was a T/5/DEVON shoulder title, and an all white metal devon regiment cap badge, the castle part was unvoided around it, and it was on a slider, im annoyed as I didn't get a photo of it. Has anyone seen an example of this unvoided wm devons badge? Chris |
