This is the Army version.

The RAF one says RAF Police or Royal Air Force Police. Worn on reversible Hi Vis Jacket, vest and stab vest.

Here's the patch on the jacket, there is a larger one across the shoulders on the yellow side and when it's reversed there is a small red on black version on the front (nothing on the back).

The jacket was introduced in the army in the early 90's, I think it was trialled by a provost company in Germany who had them made, then it became a stores item and was rolled out about a year after that.
