The vendor is in the United States and seems to mainly deal in clothing, skateboarding and sporting goods. It shouldn't be a great surprise that they aren't an expert on the subject of British badges.

I have noticeg a plethora of busted badges on epay recently. Absolutely ridiculous. Common sense should tell them to bin these mangled bits. Even though one may not be knowledgeable about badges, a little examination will show they have been broken
