2007 possible fake
hello folks like a lot of you out there I started to collect poppy badges wanted to et all the numbered from 2006 right up to modern day you can guess how happy I was then when I saw a chap on a certain auction site selling three 2007 badges I bought two of them they arrived today they seem too big and I think they might be fakes please have a look at the photograph and let me know what you guys think. Put my 2008 to the side for size comparative

Poppy badge
Hi, James I have all the dated poppy badges,and they are all the smaller size,but that doesn't mean yours is a fake. Mike c

Hi James , Yesterday I posted about a similar situation in another thread , your 2007 badge looks like the fake/copy I bought.
" Before I joined this forum (and received some good advice) I bought what I thought was a 2007 poppy which turned out to be a cheap fake (wrong size/finish) and gave the seller negative feedback including pointing out that it was not a genuine RBL poppy (2 later buyers said same thing)." |
