Again, another backing Alan. I have met allsorts and seem allsorts when it comes to SF both people and badges.
Ours is a wonderful hobby where entry level can be in the area of a couple of quid all the way up to thousands. It can be A/A or hallmarked silver or gold. It can be mass produced or jeweller made. Knocked up in the REME workshop or cast in sand in Egypt.
Whenit comes to SF caveat emptor... buyer beware... cane canem... (especially if they are linked to the dogs of war)

So Jules Tennant who is selling three Oz SAS wings on ebay at the moment aren't genuine? I think they are.
Probably instead of lumping all SF's in one bag you should state UK SF's from WW2 are the hardest to pick between genuine and fake and that I would agree with.
