Default Catterick Garrison

Catterick Garrison - sign adopted in Feb 47 - design taken from the arms of the town of Richmond. I believe it is inverted in your image. Mike.

thanks Mike, that's it, badges from deceased RECCE mate who stayed at Catterick playing football after being trained for 12 months at great expense to be a Gun Fitter.The rest of us went to Italy..........the 1947 fits in as well.
