Default Farewell to a comrade from NZ

Hiya guys,

This was sent to me today and I feel that it needs to be shown everywhere, as we too have men and women prepared to die for the cause of freedom from "SCUM".

I've also placed this here as there are a number of badges and medals present on their uniforms.

But the main purpose of this thread is to show everyone, serving, Ex and none serving collectors of the power of a death in the "REGIMENT" from hostile fire. It affects all of us, and we never forget you, ever, ............. this is an "AWESOME" display of comradery and being given the chance in saying a final farewell to a brother in arms, something my friends and i never got a chance to do, on 2 occassions.

RESPECT to the 2nd/1st, with honours

Mike,

Corporal Luke Tamatea, Lance Corporal Jacinda Baker and
Private Richard Harris died when the vehicle they were traveling in was
hit by an improvised explosive device in Bamiyan province last Sunday.

Both MAGNIFICENT and humbling.

But I don't think that does it justice. In my opinion, there is not a superlative that can adequately describe this bit of footage.

Thanks very much for posting it.

Regards

Brian
