Hi can any one help me with this SAS beret and badge the badge is an unpadded bullion officers pattern badge and is more shield shaped rather than angular like the British officers badge, the beret has a silky lining and a leather sweat band there is no pocket for a badge slider and there is a diamond of stitching in the liner as if a plastic liner was removed. I’m hoping that it’s New Zealand but I’m probaly wrong as I’m no expert.

I have seen my friends NZ SAS ecru berets from 1986-2009 and they dont have vents, so not Kiwi SAS im afraid.
