A "workshop" soldered job rather than manufactured that way or is it actually made that way - tabs on the coronet joining it to the flames??

Leigh there are three tabs joining the coronet to the three top flames, no the best photo!

So manufactured with coronet attached to flames, I've not seen one with the tabs before.

A slightly different variant showing the strengthening bar on the reverse.
