Default Royal Engineers Officer's patrol jacket.

Not unusual in itself but this is a rare survivor as it still has King Edward VIIIth buttons.

The rank badges are very close together but appear to be original. Sadly, there is no label saying who the original owner was.

A nice jacket with those buttons. I suspect the rank stars may be replacements as the originals were likely smaller in size to fit better. As you know, they varied considerably in size.
