4th Armoured Brigade signs
All,
Would like to verify the authenticity of these prior to sale. The are of all wool and cotton construction. Thanks and Cheers, CB

Hello,
I have checked all my embroidered jerboas, their back are black. Are you sure that the thread used for the jerboa is cotton ? A simple burn test will confirm it : if the thread melts, it's not cotton. regards Normandie18 |

I had wondered about them as all the originals seem to have a black back as you mentioned. Oh well.... CB

How about these? I think they are good, but they came along with the bad 4th and now I am wondering....
Thanks again. CB

This printed version of the polar bear is, for me, post WW2. Close observation of original WW2 printed version (head up) shows slight differences, for instance the different ghosting of the bear at the back or the white part in the mouth of the bear.

Hmmm, thanks for that. Is there any solid evidence that these are post war?
I note the slight differences in the printed version of this sign. CB
