Default Unknown title badge WVRC

Hi all
Any idea what this is?
Searched the site and found the Canadian connection but I don’t think this one fits.
The staffs knot is integral to the badge.
Cheers

I would think it a WW1 VTC shoulder title, probably Wolverhampton Volunteer Rifle Corps.

regards

BC,

A very nice Shoulder Title!

Peter,

What publication is that, please? I've not seen it, I don't think...

Best regards,

Tim

No one was wearing metal shoulder titles in that era.

Yours is typical of a WW1 VTC unit shoulder title.

It may be another version of the one in the OP, or some other one Walsall, Warwick etc, but its not of the original RVC era, more WW1 era.

regards

Hi simon, yep my fault, I was not very clear, 1860 was when they formed, and I guess disbanded 1908 ish, but I am with you, it’s more likely a vtc unit
