After some great info from Dan I found out the badge is a Victorian London Scottish Rifles Volunteers Corps Glengarry Cap Badge.Thank you, Vaughn

Same design was also used by Boer War era Royal Scottish Reserve Regiment.

It doesn't look quite right for a London Rifles of Royal Scottish Reserve to me, the leaves aren't full enough. Can't find my example to photograph as a comparison right now but reference Gaylor plate 53.
What size is it? Looks more like the style of a Scots Guards shoulder title device. Cheers, Alex |

I've seen them sold as 9th (Scottish) Division arm badges in the past.
