Somerset LI badges

Could forum members please let me know if these badges are genuine or fake badges. I never buy non officer badges as they all seem to be fakes. These came with accompanying medals so did not cost me anything. Your opinions will be gratefully received.

Judging from what I can see, the left does not look good, but the right looks OK. Actually, it is OR badges that are faked the most, not officer.
