Default Belgium SAS para wings

A recent acquisition: Belgium SAS wings, designed around 1942-1943 but not approved just after a small batch had been manufactured.

This one is most likely a replica.

Default WW2 or association?

When I wrote my book on the insignia of the Belgian para-commandos 1945-2017 I did a lot of research. I stumbled onto documents describing the proposals for a Belgian wing during WW2. None of the proposals were similar to this one. I've seen this wing before but could never find anything on it in the military sense. What I found was that it is a wing of an association (like there are several). The wing is shown however in my book (see picture). FWIW, personally I will not add this wing to my collection.
