Royal Hampshire Regiment officer's beret badge.
Purchased from manufacturer in 2021, described as new old stock rather than manufactured post the regiment's amalgamation with the Queen's Regiment.

The closest match I can find is Glamorgan yeomanry c.1910 officers bullion cap badge.

It matches the two examples shown on caps with paw down, tail down and wingtips up, whilst the example shown on its own has paw level and tail up and wingtips backwards
