For a moment there I thought you'd typed "British Elephant Trieste Force" - quite apt for the beast portrayed.
In fact, it's beginning to appear quite obscene - it really could do with a quarter spin to the right.......

It's the same badge as 13 Corps (as that's where the formation stopped). You could space fill with one of those. This looks like an officer's private purchase.
