I cant give any definitive answer but it could be an industrial factory fire brigade lapel badge? Denbigh had, I believe a glove making factory there?

A fairly typical WW2 industrial ARP type badge.

There was a Denbigh Engineering Company in Tipton, Staffordshire which made machine tools so it could be them.

Sadly there are numerous such ARP/National Service lapel badge for long-vanished companies that we may never be able to identify with any degree of certainty.
