Any help appreciated identifying this stable belt which has some age and has the name and number 23192527 Nunn written on the inside, the belt is yellow ( or gold ) stripes on grey and it is an item I wont be keeping.

Thanks in advance for any info.

Service number from mid 1950's.
"23188253 to 23479123 Until May 1956"

So, could the 'grey' actually be faded blue ?
