Dodgy badges from a seller in Greece

Hi,

I was looking at a few badges from this seller on Ebay: "nenkpisko0"

Is the Infamous "Bulgarian faker" I've read about? The WW1 Returned from Active Service badge and Tiptaft Sliders are definitely fakes - although one Tiptaft has the correct M Mark on the slider the badge is fake.

The second is easy to spot - voided crown, slider length, incorrect MM and has WD stamped.

Yes mate - he's our old mate the Bulgarian faker.

All his Aussie items are fakes.

I've reported him to Ebay, and listed 4 items that are obvious fakes. I can't see where he says reproduction and he won't answer questions. That 27 Scottish badge looks reasonable though: Maker's marked Stokes, but the metal is wrong and no patina on the reverse. Some sucker will buy it from there and resell here.

Ebay won't do anything - they have a proven track record of not giving a hoot about dodgy sellers.

Hence why its good to spread the word about these fakers on this forum and others.
