Old vs New Technology - A Great Photo
Hi Gents,
I was lucky enough to grab this great image. The details aren't too clear but my reason for loving this photograph is that it's a snap-shot when (in the Great War) old technology (horses) transitioned to new technology, i.e. motorized transport. In this case motor cycles. I don't recognize the cap badge, any thoughts? Cheers, Roy

In those days, my money would be on the horses.

Thanks Gents,
Appreciate the prompt and informative identification. I wonder what these chaps were thinking as they stood side by side with the latest technology. Cheers, Roy

I don't know about the men but the horses have that look that says "I dunno what they are but if they start anything they'll get a bleedin' good kicking".
