Unknown Button Crown, Crocodile and IC ??
Would appreciate any assistance in identifying this button please. Its white metal and appears to have a King's crown above a Crocodile (or Alligator) above italic letter "IC" (may be JC ??).
Made by Firmin, London. Will be disposing of it once identified. Thanks in advance Paul |

Hi Paul
As said Jamaica Constabulary, possibly also worn by Jamaica Customs (which is what I have them as in my collection). Graham

I'd be interested to see one in yellow metal, it could be worn by Customs, rather than the Jamaica Constabulary Force. Graham

I had a quick hunt for it earlier, couldn't find it, I'll have another look.

My mistake - not "JC" but "JLF"?

Ta. Closest I could think of was "Land" rather than "Local" but that didn't sound right.
