Default 3rd Hussar badges to Avoid Pt 1

Morning all

Thought I would post a number of 3rd Hussar badges that have come from old school collections and dealers stables . Yes like many I’ve been bitten .

There’s a all brass in colour badge as second badge on E-Vil bay up for £30 !!!!!
Regards

Tony C

I once had the all brass one just like yours, pre internet days.

it looked the part I must admit, clearly it was garbage though.

I dont have it now and dont know where it went to be honest.

regards

Default Pt 2

Small horse pattern came from an well known collector, just goes to show that even the knowledgable are fooled . Luckily these were part of a job lot .

1st example is similar to construction as the officers no 1 dress being peddled on E-Vil for £55 , I suspect this also came from the same stable

You have got me worried about my example now. I have always thought that this is a good one.
