Default Parachute Regiment certificate of service book 1950's

Probably not that interesting and maybe in the wrong section, but I wondered if anyone can read the signature of the Commanding officer who signed it?

Could be G Hewetson But the dates don't tie up with ParaData:

Thanks Mike and Graham. Certainly Col. G. Hewetson looks close to the signature, but as is mentioned the dates are not correct, whilst G Johnston also looks close, but does not fit at all. I had tried Para Data but had failed to find the section on the depot and the commanders, Doh!

I think that whoever signed it was signing "for" the Commandant and therefore possibly the Second in Command or the Adjutant. Therefore the rank of the individual could be Captain or Major at the time of signing.

Thanks Tim for this, as it was something that had occurred to me and I wonder if it is known who would have been in that position at the time in question.
