Default Royal Engineers EVII Volunteers wm badge

Hello gentlemen,
despite my not always good experiences with badges made of white metal and my problems with lugs, I would like to show you my new addition.
K & K 880, Royal Engineers EVII in white metal. The front has been polished, the back is rather dull gray and shows residues of a polishing paste.
Both sides show a good die struck quality and the lugs look for me reliable (ok, they are not very dark ..... )
I've searched eBay as well as the major dealers' sites and found only one other badge showing this slightly asymmetrical outline of the laurel leaves, sold a few years ago.
Well I hope you like it and I can end my white metal/lugs paranoia....

Thanks for all comments and answers,
kind regards
Markus
