Default Is this a Warrant Officer?

I would be much obliged if you chaps can help identify the rank and badges on the chap on the right please? If it helps, the police constable and the British Army warrant officer (?) are chatting on the British side of the Gibraltar/Spanish frontier in 1967.

At a guess I would say that he is a WO 11 master gunner of the Royal Artillery from the badges he wears.

Probably what was known as a Warrant Officer Class Two (Assistant Instructor-in-Gunnery) at that time, now a Warrant Officer Class Two (Sergeant Major Instructor-in-Gunnery).

Can't remember whether it should be Instructor-in-Gunnery or Instructor-of-Gunnery, Marc will know.
