Default Eastern Europe patches?

Does anyone know which country and units these belong to please?
They look like a medical unit and an air unit to me - possibly training establishments?
Any suggestions welcome.

The red and white scrolls rather suggest Belarus than Russia.

The scrolls are representative of Soviet medals, probably awarded to the unit.

Can't find exact details of patches shown but they are Russian higher military educational institutions.

The red patch seems to have some connection to the military university of the ministry of defence ( a fabric patch (red cloth) in the shape of a red circle with a white piping), the insignia is similar to the Financial and Economical Directorate .(Badge shown is sleeve insignia)
