Rifle Brigade Trade Badges
Due to the difficulty on adding to my pre-60 Trade Badge Collection I have started collecting Rifle Brigade Trade Badges.
If anyone has any spare ones to add to those I already have I would be interested. |

Very nice,i dont have the MMG or the rifle and star .
I do have some others which will give you an idea what else is out there. Assault Pioneer,BG,'B", driver with star, "R",signaller,"AT" and para wings. I presume that there is a musicians badge but i dont have an image. Grey_green_acorn may have some that neither of us have. |

A side question please. Is there a difference between a rifles qualification patch and a Gurkha one?
Thanks, Terry |

Persumably the Gurkha pattern were only produced post 60 so smaller size.

The small black on Rifle green trade badges were worn by 6,7 and 10th Gurkha Rifles,Royal Gurkha Rifles on all forms of dress.
The Royal Green Jackets and the Rifles wore them on jumpers and sometimes on No2s. I dont have any idea as to why either wore mixed badges on No2 dress. I have images of both regiments doing it though. I know im missing an "AT", an "A" and a "B" if anybody has spares. |
