18th COL London Irish Rifles

Gents

The badge below came with some other London badges, but I'd like to check that it is indeed a London Irish Rifles badge. The shape is different to an OR's badge I have and the addition of the harp players shoulder rest to the bow of the harp have thrown me.

Any comments would be gratefully received.
