Is the album it’s in set to ‘private’? If so you will need to change to ‘public’ for all members to see.

If it’s the GM cap badge then the V.B. scroll of the 1st V.B. Hants should have a die cast back with no reverse impression. The fakes are pretty good and faithful to the real thing but all have die stamped V.B. scrolls that I’ve seen.
